Important Communication for American Bank & Trust Customers Regarding COVID-19
We would like to share an update on steps we are taking to support you and our employees during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
At American Bank & Trust the health and well-being of our employees and customers is our top priority. We recognize the fluidity of the situation and are taking the necessary steps to monitor the potential spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our Senior Management Team is continuously reviewing the situation and meeting daily to review and update our Pandemic Business Continuity Plan, as needed.
Additionally, we are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services (KY CHFS), World Health Organization (WHO) and participating in “Coronavirus in the Workplace” webinars to stay abreast of the latest information.
Going forward, you may notice our tellers, customer service representatives and others wearing protective gloves. All locations have been provided with disinfectant wipes and sprays, hand sanitizers and other items to keep areas clean.
American Bank & Trust offers many avenues to continue providing your banking needs. We ask customers to kindly utilize the following banking services, if possible. The following services are available 24 hours a day:

- Mobile Banking App (search for “AB&T Bowling Green Mobile” in the app store)
- Mobile Check Deposit using our AB&T Mobile App
Utilize the bank’s drive-thru service for simple requests, in addition to making deposits or cashing checks, if applicable. Our website and mobile options allow you to check balances, make transfers between accounts, access Bill Pay and more.

If changes require us to modify our operations, you will be notified through all of our social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and our website, as well as lobby signs and at the drive-thru windows.
